Sit-ups can lead you paralysis

Due to personal reason, i have started to focus on exercise, how to adjust my body and keep exercise. the function of every movement posture. i always felt there was some ache after did sit-ups every time. the posture which was not standard or error, i consider at first. rectified it and the ache was still. so i searched on the internet know of why and also consulted fitness coach about cheap oakley sunglasses. they suggested me that you can stop this movement posture. it is harmful for your body, even cause paralysis. i was confused that this is bad for our body, why we still follow, we even not got from our government or teachers to notice us.
